Customers will receive tracking information when available.

SHORT CIRCUIT® Record Label is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before completing their order.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact SCBMP24@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by SHORT CIRCUIT® Record Label.
