REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All sales of CDs, vinyl records, and physical music merchandise are final.

Due to the nature of physical media and the potential for unauthorized copying, opened media products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download has been delivered or accessed. Due to the nature of digital content, all digital music sales are final.

Returns or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

• Item arrived physically damaged during shipping
• Incorrect item was shipped
• Verified manufacturing defect present upon delivery

Playback issues caused by incompatible, damaged, dirty, modified, or malfunctioning playback equipment are not considered product defects and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Requests regarding damaged shipments or manufacturing defects must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and may require photographs of the product and packaging for verification.

SHORT CIRCUIT® Record Label reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
